And this is how in 2009, almost for fun, "Amici di Ponte Vecchio" was born, a small place a stone's throw from Ponte Vecchio, where dough after dough, batch after batch, the covaccino has become a reality for thousands of people. < br>
Every day Stefano kneads the covaccini which are then baked in the oven to be stuffed with selected products and a lot of passion.
Over the years, with commitment and dedication Stefano, known as "Captain Covaccino" has created new, more or less original, sometimes risky combinations, with the aim of surprising and challenging the palates of his customers.
